Andrew M. Lieb, Esq. will be teaching "Foreclosure Filibusters, beyond defenses there are solutions", hosted by First American, on both Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Omni Building in Uniondale from 6 - 8pm. The class will be expanded and broken into 2 Real Estate Agent Continuing Education courses at the Real Estate School in the coming months. Until than, please know that a foreclosure proceeding is not the end, but instead a crisis that requires a strategic intervention by trained professionals in order to optimize the situation for the homeowners.
